Graham Kill Chief Executive Officer
Graham Kill became Entriq's CEO when Entriq joined the Irdeto group of companies in 2008. Graham joined Irdeto as finance and operations director and became CFO in 1995. He assumed the position of chief executive officer of Irdeto in 1998. Prior to that, Graham held management positions at USC, British Gypsum and the British Coal Corporation. Prior to joining Irdeto, Graham worked for the FilmNet Group (later NetHold) as a corporate finance associate. He was actively involved in pay TV business development initiatives, various acquisitions and in financing transactions. Graham holds an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management and an engineering degree from the University of Nottingham. He is a registered European Engineer, a Chartered Engineer and a Chartered Director in the UK. Guy Tennant Chief Operating Officer
Guy has spent more than 15 years in the pay-media industry, the last 4 of which have been at Entriq’s offices in London where he was Vice President of Operations for EMEA. He has been responsible for delivery of all Entriq propositions in the region, including UEFA, BT Vision, Prosieben Maxdome, Channel 4 and Channel 5, and a variety of other sports and broadcaster related websites including Olympics related work for the European Broadcast Union. Prior to Entriq he worked at BSkyB in the United Kingdom, where he led the Sky Interactive technology team. In this capacity he oversaw a team of ~65 engineers responsible for the development of the technology platform that made BSkyB the world leader in the Interactive Television space. At Irdeto Access, Guy started as a software engineer on the team responsible for the development of the worlds first MPEG2 DVB based Digital TV launches in Australia, South Africa, and Thailand in 1995, before moving on to Manage the Embedded Software & Security team in South Africa, and later head up the company’s Engineering and Customer Services efforts from its offices in the Netherlands. He occupied the roles of VP of Engineering & VP Product Management from 1996 to 2000, and was instrumental in producing Irdeto’s 2nd generation security systems that have led the market since. His undergraduate and postgraduate Engineering degrees were obtained at The University of the Witwatersrand in Johannesburg South Africa, and his early work experience was with Alcatel in the field of Digital Signal Processing. Zach Vela Chief Financial Officer
Zach Vela joined Entriq in July 2007 as Vice President of Finance. Mr. Vela is responsible for the company’s finance, legal, human resources and administrative operations. Mr. Vela has over 20 years’ experience in finance and operations management primarily in the technology and publishing industries. Prior to becoming a member of Entriq’s management team, he served as Vice President of Global Operations and Finance for Progressive Gaming International, a world-wide leader of software and hardware solutions to the casino-gaming industry. During Mr. Vela’s successful career, he has held senior management and/or consulting positions with various public and private companies including NTN Communications, Epson America, MAI Systems, Compton’s NewMedia and Investor’s Business Daily. Mr. Vela is a Certified Public Accountant and an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He attended the University of Texas where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 1985. Cory Factor Chief Technology Officer
Cory Factor joined Entriq as Chief Technology Officer in March 2008, following Entriq’s acquisition of DayPort, where he had served as Chief Executive Officer since 1995. Mr. Factor has been developing technology solutions for publishers for over 15 years, becoming recognized as an industry-leading expert in the field. At DayPort, he led the company into the new media market on a high growth path, executing a strategic roadmap to profitability and increasing the company’s customer base by 200 percent. Prior to his position as CEO, Mr. Factor served as CTO of DayPort. In that position, was responsible for designing, developing and selling the company’s award-winning core technology products. Prior to joining DayPort, Mr. Factor was the Technology Director of Web Graphics, a custom printing manufacturer, where he was brought in with another executive to manage a complex merger. Before that, he was the Technology Analyst at Taylor Corporation, a print manufacturer, where he led the corporate technology and product team, as well as serving as corporate consultant, managing the integration of the company’s technology infrastructure.
